Embodied Performances presents innovative ways of 'knowing and 're - visioning which evolves the contemporary zeitgeist by: allying digital media with established forms and considering the socially constructed and biological body at the forefront of theory and practice in both the arts and humanities. In addition it provides practice - based evidence in the form of thirty - six short online film episodes and stills forming an integral part of the unfolding discussion in each chapter.
